About Us |
Pacific Health Options Inc., based on Vancouver Island BC,
sells a revolutionary non-invasive pain management and muscle
relaxation device that utilizes a unique approach in combating
all sorts of pain, whether acute, chronic or intractable. Its
low frequency emissions help users achieve long lasting pain
reduction while experiencing an increase in function that they
believed to be lost for ever. |
This device, conceived by the Russians as an answer to
drug-free space travel, has quickly seduced North America not
only by its medical concept that differs by including the
Central Nervous System in the healing process but also by
doing it without any adverse effects. |
It is Pacific Health Options' Mission to combat the
devastating and debilitating effects of pain experienced
throughout life, by making these devices available to every
household in America. |

Dr. John A Haché
DNM. |
Dr. Haché
received his Doctorate from the Examining Board of
Natural Medicine Practitioners as well as his Board
Certification as a Biofeedback Instructor from the Neurotherapy and Biofeedback Certification Board (NBCB). |
He is also certified by the License Commission of the
Americas. He has been in practice for more than 25
years, has trained many hundreds of people in the use of the
SCENAR devices in Europe, Canada and in the United States.
He is acknowledged by the Russians as one of the world’s best
trainers in SCENAR technology. |

About
The RITM SCENAR. |
Pacific Health
Options are the official Distributors for RITM Technology in
America. The Russian SCENAR (SCENAR is an acronym for:
SELF-CONTROLLED ENERGO NEURO ADAPTIVE REGULATION) was
originally developed as a top secret project to become part of
the RUSSIAN MIR space platform health maintenance program. |
The SCENAR’S
advanced technology is the most innovative Pain Management and
Muscle Relaxation System in the world to date. |
Backed by more
than 30 years of Scientific Research, the SCENAR enables users
to achieve a greater level of function, mobility and pain
relief than ever before. |
How
it works |
The
SCENAR works on two levels:
Bio-electrical – clears blocked electrical pathways
throughout the body.
Bio-chemical - includes the Central Nervous System in
the healing process by encouraging it to manufacture
specific neuropeptides. |
Neuropeptides
– are neuroactive molecules which coordinate, integrate
and regulate physiological processes in all organisms,
throughout all phases of development. They act as
neurohormones, neurotransmitters, and/or neuromodulators.
They maintain physiological homeostasis and influence
important behavioral patterns. |
The device has
been sought after worldwide by professional sports
organizations, medical centers, and health clubs as well as
other pain management specialists, orthopedic surgeons and
medical doctors. This new form of non-invasive
electrophysiology as well as its whole body approach is
considered profound and unique as well as revolutionary. |

RITM
SCENAR History |
In 1975, a
Medical Electronics department is added to the Taganrog
Radiotechnical University of Taganrog Russia. The objective is
to pursue technology which would advantageously replace
pharmaceutical medication in a biosphere, such as a space
platform. The MIR space platform launch date was fixed for
Feb. 1986. It was to be placed in a fixed orbit above the
earth and would serve as a base for astronomical observations. |
Space posed a
different set of challenges as nobody really knew how the
Cosmonauts would respond to long term (up to a year or longer)
life in an artificial environment. One had to consider
weightlessness and its effect on any proposed medication
required throughout the lengthy stay. Or how about pollution
of the biosphere as a cosmonaut on medication would have to
try to recycle his waste and would potentially be
reintroducing his medication over and over again? Medication
is symptom based and would require a fair amount of space and
weight tolerance to provide adequate pharmaceutical protection
to a cosmonaut up for the long run. |
By 1978, the new
technology was up and running and turning a lot of heads.
Their new gadget was getting extraordinary results in the
field of neurology and spurred them into further development.
They called it the Energo Neuro Adaptive Regulator because of
their profound results in neurology. |
By the early
1980’s, they felt that they were ready for the space race. In
1985, the device is introduced to Alexandr Neuchuschkin
(President of the Russian Acupuncture Association and head of
the USSR Health Care Ministry). In 1986, the first SCENAR is
presented to the Health Care Ministry in order for it to be
used in Clinical practice.
In 1986, 1987 the SCENAR is awarded with the Silver and Bronze
medals in the Main Exhibition of the USSR. |

More About
the MIR Space Platform |
The MIR space
platform was enlarged several times so that it could
accommodate a crew of up to six cosmonauts. The Mir program
was enhanced by having international teams conduct experiments
at the station; Afghanistan, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Great
Britain, India, Japan, Syria and the United States, in
addition to Russia and other nations that were formerly part
of the Soviet Union, participated. In 1995, Mir cosmonaut
Valery Polyakov set an endurance record of nearly 439 days in
space, eclipsing the previous record of 326 days set in 1987
by Yuri Romanenko (also while on MIR). In Aug., 1999, its
extended 13-year mission concluded, Mir was abandoned. During
its lifetime, it orbited the earth 86,331 times and was home
to 104 people, including 42 Russian cosmonauts and 7 American
astronauts. In Mar., 2001, Mir fell to earth, the largest
spacecraft (143 tons/130 metric tons) ever to decay, showering
an estimated 1,500 fragments of 44 lb (20 kg) or more over an
uninhabited area 120 mi (193 km) wide by 3,600 mi (5795 km)
long in the South Pacific. |

Future of
SCENAR in space flight |
It’s not clear
if and when the SCENAR was ever used in space, but during its
development, it was adopted by the Russian Ministry of Health
as an essential tool in all levels of health. It is possible
that the change in international political climate in the
1990s may have affected the future of the SCENAR in space as
NASA introduced their so-called sophisticated diagnostic and
monitoring equipment on all future missions. |
From 2000
onward |
In the year
2000, Dr. John Haché and Dr. Lorry Vanbergen-Haché are introduced to
the SCENAR and are trained by Dr. Josef Semikatov on the RITM
97, 4 devices. After 6 weeks of intense training, John is
asked to complete a PowerPoint presentation and is ready for a
tour of Great Britain. By the end of the year 2000, Lorry and
John are training in Canada and are setting their sites on
conquering the American Market. By the year 2001, John & Lorry
move into the Southern Florida market and start selling and
training on SCENAR devices.
By the end of 2006, Pacific Health Options Inc. has
established itself as the leader in “non invasive pain
management” as well as specialists in SCENAR devices
throughout North America. |
Dr. Vanbergen-Haché
received her Doctorate of Complimentary Health as well as
Doctor of Psychology while living in Great Britain. |
She has built an
expertise in bio-energetic medicine and was trained in Germany
on the use of the Bi-Com and other energy devices. She and
John came in contact with the Russians in the Spring of 2000
and have honed their expertise teaching throughout North
America. Lorry has made her niche in dermal rejuvenation using
the SCENAR and her youthful appearance has attracted many
followers throughout North America. |
